I created this my first year at MassArt. I wanted to make something that was relatable and accessible, even to those who might not typically appreciate art.

I was inspired by the kitschy roadside attractions you might find on a road trip. Love them or hate them, it's hard not to react to giant dinosaurs or the world's largest ball of yarn on the side of the road. I decided to make it food related because it's just so relatable.

As I carried the four and a half foot tall sculpture down Huntington Ave during rush hour to bring it to my critique, I was followed by a wave of smiles.
